1. Westerville Mini Golf & Batting Cages

Better warm up that arm, because you’re gonna have a blast at Westerville Mini Golf & Batting Cages! The beautifully landscaped and award-winning facility is part of the Westerville Golf Center and features two awesome mini-golf courses and eight batting cages: four softball cages and four baseball cages. You can play 18 holes of mini golf for just $7, and for just a buck you can get 12 pitches at the cages. If your golf swing needs some work, you can always hit up the driving range too!

Who doesn't love mini golf?

2. Westerville Community Center

When it comes to fitness and fun, the Westerville Community Center has it all. Whether you’re in it for the fitness or not, they pack various recreational facilities including swimming pools, a jogging track, an indoor playground, a climbing wall, basketball courts, a fitness room, and so much more. If you’re looking for something a bit more structured, there’s a full list of programming and classes in which you can get involved. They offer daily admission and yearly passes, but Westerville residents receive a discount of more than 30%!

Don't forget your sneakers!

3. Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park

If you (or your kids) are the type of person who’d rather trade in traditional exercise equipment for a more exciting and fun alternative, the Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park is for you. If you’re new to this type of park, you can get your feet wet in the Open Jump Arena before moving to the specialized areas like the Dodgeball Arena. Once you’re warmed up, try the Slam Dunk Zone—for some high-air basketballing—the Stunt Bag—where you can practice your daredevil stunt moves—and the Challenge Course—perfect for your American Ninja Warrior training. Check out their full list of events for even more fun!

Don’t be fooled! Trampoline parks are fun for both kids and adults.

Don’t let grey skies and cold temperatures keep you cooped up all day, especially when the hot chocolate kicks in, and you’ve got plenty of energy to expand. Grab the kids and get moving.
