Canal Winchester is home to a lot of amazing activities despite it being a smaller township in Ohio. Its proximity to Columbus opens up a lot of great places to eat, shop, and have fun within a short drive. If the weather is nice there are a lot of parks in the area to stop by and enjoy Ohio’s pleasant flora and fauna. On top of that, Canal Winchester has loads of places to stop by as well! Staff and volunteers go about daily chores that farmers in the 1880s did, and live animals like pigs, geese, turkeys, and horses roam the grounds.
