With nine locations in Ohio, it is no surprise that Marion’s is some of the best pizza in Troy! The pleasant staff there have made great pizza for over fifty years, ever since Marion Glass opened their first location in 1965. He and his staff worked hard for their success, opening the first dine-in pizzeria in Dayton. He used only the finest ingredients in his pizzas, pasta, and sandwiches, and since then Marion’s Piazza has flourished and gathered a reputation as a phenomenal pizzeria. 

The location in Troy has a tremendous amount of seating, making this a fantastic place for a gathering of any size! The staff is always courteous and happy to prepare the place for your arrival if you call ahead and make a reservation, and neither you nor your guests will be disappointed by their fantastic food and service!

Donatos is one of the best chain pizzas you can get in Ohio. It does not have the care and quaint feel of a family-run pizzeria, but they make up for it with great service and quality pizza! Cassano’s Pizza is a great place to grab pizza for a movie night with friends! We recommend their large, hand-tossed pizza! It is a great plain pizza as well as excellent with toppings like pepperoni or green pepper and onion.

Cassano’s Pizza also boasts a fantastic menu of other items! While their pizzas are a mainstay, they have many other excellent options like calzones (pictured above!), subs, and mozzarella sticks.

They serve pizza and much, much more, including cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory, which is especially delicious. Going to Fazoli’s is a great way to experience a fun, unique sort of pizza place that carries many other delectable dishes.

Joe’s Pizzeria is a Dayton staple — it's been around a long time, and it’s earned its place amongst the best pizza places of the area time and time again. Just remember to order ahead if you do go! Joe’s Pizzeria is a busy, busy place and if you don’t order ahead you could find yourself waiting for thirty minutes to an hour for your pizza. It is easily avoided by a quick call to order your pizzas and sandwiches, and then you can time your arrival when they are ready. Their atmosphere is a busy one, but it still manages to be relaxing, eating pizzas and watching the customers stream in and out, room abuzz with pleasant conversation.

Old Scratch Pizza is one of our absolute favorite pizzerias in Dayton. Their pizza is just off the charts. It's a thin-crust Neapolitan adjacent style of pizza, featuring a great sauce and delicious, fresh cheese. Every option on the menu has been excellently created to deliver a pizza that you will never forget! This pizzeria is more than enough reason to travel the thirty minutes or so that it takes to get into Dayton.

Not only does Old Scratch Pizza have fantastic food — they also have an impressive selection of craft beers. They have a huge variety where there is definitely something for every kind of beer drinker. As they carry a lot of craft beers, you can find beers you’ve never had before, and that, paired with what will inevitably be one of the best pizzas you’ve had in a long time makes the trip one to remember — and repeat!
