What’s a Rich Text element?

FGHFG

DDFGHDFGH

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Who loves Columbus?

The short answer is: pretty much everyone.

But relevantly, there are a lot of studies of housing market trends, and Columbus is ranking highly on most of them. They cite its great community, the parks and cultural institutions, the convenience of getting to places to eat and shop right near residential areas, the absolutely amazing food options, and the affordability of the area as reasons why they love Columbus and why it’s becoming such a popular place to live. Since we consider ourselves Columbus experts, we’ve unpacked a couple of their reasons in more detail.

A Bustling Metropolis

Columbus is one of those cities that doesn’t really feel like one but still has all of the conveniences. Rather than feeling cramped and overly busy like some cities, Columbus is still easily walkable, has great public transportation options (have you heard about the hyperloop?), and manages to preserve a lot of its lovely, natural feel.

Plus, this city has plenty of great opportunities no matter what your hobbies are. Do you love the nightlife? Columbus has some great offerings. Are you into a more artsy feeling? Got it in full. Do you really love public libraries and parks? I have some great news for you.

Affordable Homes

Prices are great in Columbus right now, but it’s also the time to buy buy buy, because they’re only going up! There’s been a 12% ride in median home sales price, which means if you want to buy a home, now is a great time. There’s a very good chance that it’ll be worth a lot more than you paid for it in just a few years.

The Food Scene

Whether or not you would consider yourself a foodie, everyone loves having convenient places with amazing food nearby. And Columbus delivers that in spades. One of its most famous offerings is the North Market, which draws everyone from business people on their lunch break to tourists looking for the best food in the city. It shows up on almost everyone’s list of great Columbus institutions, and that’s for a reason.

Plus, in visiting the North Market, you aren’t supporting a corporation or chain. Farmers and other vendors set up directly, and that way you have a choice between so many amazing options that it’ll have your head spinning.

Columbus has been rating in the top twenty cities for housing markets and it’s for a reason. It’s a great city, and we here at HER Realtors wholeheartedly recommend checking it out if you’re looking to move to Ohio, or if you’re just looking for a change.
