Feeling hungry? The West Side Market is the best place to get a taste of Cleveland’s diverse culture. The market features all kinds of produce, baked goods, herbs and spices, seafood, meats, cafes, and the list goes on and on. I know it sounds a bit overwhelming; that’s why they offer tours as well! In 2008, the American Planning Association designated the West Side Market as one of the “10 Great Public Places in America.” It’s up to you to check it out to see if they’re right or not.

Who doesn’t love watching “A Christmas Story” around the holidays? Well now you can actually visit, tour, or even stay overnight at the A Christmas Story House to relive the holiday classic. The wonderful thing is that it’s open year round, so you don’t have to worry about the extra holiday crowds during the summer. Directly across the street from the house is a museum showcasing original props from the movie, costumes, and behind-the-scenes photos. There’s never a bad time of year to get in the holiday spirit!
