Pumpkin Spice Latte
This recipe comes straight from Inspiredtaste.net and claims to have mastered the beloved PSL better than Starbucks! The best part about it is the PSL can be made in under 10 minutes. You’ll need:
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 to 3 tablespoons sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup strong hot coffee
- Whipped cream
Start by heating milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar on the stove but do not bring it to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in vanilla, pumpkin pie spices, and the coffee. Divide the mixture between two mugs and voila! Of course, it wouldn’t be the pumpkin spice latte we all know and love without some whipped cream!
