What’s a Rich Text element?

DDFGHDFGH

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

So maybe it’s been a little while since you’ve given your front yard some love and the neighbors are starting to notice or you’re about to put your home on the market. Since curb appeal is about making a great first impression, we’ll work with you to put its best foot forward.  Set aside your next wide open weekend to easily upgrade your exterior and turn heads! (In a good way, that is.)

Start With a Once Over

Take the time to cut the grass, trim any shrubs or trees, and, of course, remove any unwanted weeds. With a well-tended lawn, your home will radiate beauty and cleanliness in no time!

Add More Greenery

Fresh flowers and potted plants can truly turn your outdoor space around, much like a fresh coat of paint. Frame your newly painted front door with topiaries or mix planters in different shapes and sizes to add dynamic to your porch. You can even throw a beautiful wreath on the front door!

This is a great example!

Faunt a Newly Painted Front Door

According to HGTV, the most eye-catching homes in the neighborhood usually have a vibrantly colored front door. Choose a paint color that compliments the exterior like a red, yellow, blue or even a big, beautiful wooden door. A pop of color will surely enliven the exterior and have all the neighbors talking! The painting will only take an hour or two and you can let it dry while moving on to the next project! Another great idea to add to your entryway would be to refresh your address. If you have tiny house numbers or rusty ones staining the house, then it’s time to update them. Simply replacing your dazzling digits can draw visual interest that you can now see beyond the driveway.

Boosting curb appeal doesn’t need to be like pulling teeth. Spend one weekend dedicated to trimming, painting, and planting and you’ll surely transform your home’s look in no time! Find your next home with HER, REALTORS®!
