Agents will have less active clients to manage and in turn less commission coming in. They can give you more of their attention and be motivated to get the sale done as quickly and easily as possible. ‍

While home prices have been skyrocketing this year because of inventory shortages, due to the factors above, December may see a decline in home prices. Less Buyers + Motivated Sellers = Reduced Rates!
