What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

While buying a new home and moving during the holidays may seem daunting, between all of your holiday obligations and the challenges to moving in cold, snowy weather, there are plenty of reasons why it’s a great time to buy a new home, making it worth any hassle it may cause!

1. Sellers are Motivated

It’s likely is a seller is listing during the holidays they have strong motivations forcing them to do so. May be they have to relocate or need to sell before the year’s end. With less buyers looking and a likely strong motivation to sell, you can use this to your advantage to get a great deal!

2. Less Buyers Looking

Just as many people don’t want to move during the holidays, many buyers will pause their efforts to avoid traveling in wintery conditions, and because their schedules are temporarily much fuller. That means you’re up against less competition to find your home.

3. Driven Realtors

Agents will have less active clients to manage and in turn less commission coming in. They can give you more of their attention and be motivated to get the sale done as quickly and easily as possible.

4. Lower Prices

While home prices have been skyrocketing this year because of inventory shortages, due to the factors above, December may see a decline in home prices. Less Buyers + Motivated Sellers = Reduced Rates!

5. Better Interest Rates

Even though interest rates have been rising throughout 2018, they are still at a historic low at under 5%. Online tools can calculate the savings you can make with even a small decrease in interest rates, you’ll be surprised! Remember your credit plays an important role in rates so stay on top of your credit score.

6. Quick Closings

All parties involved, from the sellers to the lenders, will want to close the sale before the year’s end. While buyers and sellers will want to settle in before the major celebrations, lenders will want to get this sale on this year’s books, and agents will want to get the commission in this year’s income. All parties will do what they can to assure a quick and easy closing process.

7. Seasonal Sales

Once you purchase your new home, you have a laundry list of new things you’ll need to move, furnish and organize your new digs. There are plenty of year end sales and clearances to take advantage of to can save you tons of money on items you’ll need.
