1. Real Estate Agent

An agent is the first career people think of when they hear “real estate career.” As a real estate agent, you help buyers find homes that fit their lifestyle and budget. You also help sellers list their properties to get the best deal possible. If you’re a people person, you’ll excel here.

2. Real Estate Lawyer

Clients are required to hire a real estate lawyer in many states, but even when they’re not, they may hire one to handle contracts, get advice on legal matters, or represent them in court. To be a great lawyer, you need to really like people, as you’re expected to listen to your client's needs.

3. Property Manager

Property managers are responsible for overseeing rental properties, including marketing, collecting rent payments, resolving tenant disputes, maintaining the property, and more. You’ll have to speak to people daily as a property manager and travel to and from multiple buildings.

4. Home Sales Consultant
