What’s a Rich Text element?

FGHFG

DDFGHDFGH

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Are you interested in redoing your outdoor space? There are so many things to try, but because of the vast possibilities, the process can end up being very overwhelming. For example, should you install a beautiful fireplace? Do you want a space you can enjoy year-round? Below are some ideas you can keep in mind if you’d like to revamp your outdoors.

6 Design Trends to Boost Your Yard

Add an Outdoor Fireplace

A fireplace might not seem like it would do much, but it can surprisingly positively impact your yard. Not only will it add style, but it can make the area a place you can use any time of the year.

There are countless fireplace designs deck builders in New Castle County, DE can create. For instance, it could be a traditional brick one with a chimney or a rounded pizza oven.

But you don’t just have to have a plain-looking fireplace. You could have a patio built around it, a pergola covering it, shelves where you can store plants and other goods, or even a wall to place a TV. If you plan to use the fireplace for entertaining, consider having a stone bench connected to it where guests can sit and relax.

There are numerous reasons to paint a fireplace. One may be that you’ve moved home and an old or tired-looking fireplace prevents the room’s decor from coming together.

Start a Vegetable Garden

Gardens aren’t new, but they’re getting a fresh look. Vegetable gardening has grown in popularity over the past few years as it helps homeowners reconnect with nature while also providing them with something in return.

There are plenty of ways you can incorporate a vegetable garden into your yard. You can simply till a small space and fill it with your desired blooms. If you want to make the space a bit more formal, you could install pots around the yard. These could be constructed out of stone or wood and placed in various areas to add color.

You could even have a professional add hardscaping containers to plant things in. If you don’t want to dedicate a large area for gardening, think vertically. You can fit wooden planks along a wall where you can then add small planters. This not only makes a unique focal point but doesn’t require much space.

Create a Dining Area

Dedicating part of your outdoors as a dining location is a wonderful way to use up open yard space. This could be as simple as a small patio with a table and chairs or an intricate courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and bar.

Besides this, you could have lighting installed around it, so the space is illuminated at night. This could be with lamps or string lights hung around the border. The lights could also be set to go on or off with a timer.

But a dining area doesn’t have to be out in the open. Hardscaping can help blend it into an area around your home, so it’s hidden within a garden or courtyard.

Make an Entertainment Center

Another growing trend is an outdoor entertainment getaway. You’ll find that this will make being outside even more fun thanks to its numerous features. These range from special outdoor TVs to a lounge area near a patio or pool. You could even incorporate a fireplace into this center to still use it during the colder months.

One thing to contemplate is whether you’d like it to be an open or closed space. Open areas can make you feel more like you’re outside, but they can’t always protect you from weather elements. On the other hand, a closed space can act as a home addition and provide more protection but can be a bit pricier.

Open an Outdoor Office

If you work from home, it might be worthwhile to claim a small outdoor working space in your yard. For example, your office can be inside a small greenhouse converted into a workplace getaway, or you could have an open area outdoors where you can easily reach electrical outlets and other necessities when needed. A hardscape installer could also add a small wall, lights, and water feature to set it apart from the rest of your yard.

Incorporate Patterns

Another trend to consider is the use of patterns. One way is by alternating multiple brick colors into your patio, so there’s a soft but noticeable contrast. Apart from different hues, you could also have hardscaping materials laid in distinctive masonry designs, like herringbone or basketweave.

If you’re feeling adventurous, try hardscape stencils which come in designs like a compass or blooming flowers. Remember, though, that this usually only works on concrete surfaces.

There are plenty of ways you can easily elevate your outdoor space. With these tips, you might be able to get a better idea of what you’re looking for and be inspired to try one in your backyard.
