What’s a Rich Text element?

DDFGHDFGH

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

In this article we’ll explore:

  • Bathroom cleaning tips
  • Kitchen updates
  • Reviving the living room
  • Simplify your bedroom

First Stop, the Bathroom

Grimy walls

Something you may overlook when cleaning your bathroom are the grimy walls. We get it, you’re constantly cleaning the toilet bowl, sinks, shower walls, and unclogging drains so the walls are easily forgotten. If they’re not that bad, then just take a wet rag and simply wipe them down. Surface mold, on the other hand, is a different story. Mix a spray bottle with bleach and water to get rid of the mold. After this, gift the wall a fresh coat of paint and you’ll have a whole new bathroom! It’s amazing what a fresh, clean wall can do!

Unfavorable, dated tile

Bathrooms sell homes and are often what buyers pay close attention to in their hunt. Pink or baby blue tile with black trim (you know the kind) are a big turn off. Give yourself a modern bathroom that families swoon over. Simply replace the tile with a more updated look or coat the tiles with a primer and brush on a ceramic epoxy covering to hide the undesirable look.

Great color choices!

Next up, the Kitchen

Replace your appliances with stainless steel

There’s no doubt that stainless steel appliances are highly sought after nowadays. It’s also no secret that they’re extremely expensive and the last thing you want to do are buy new appliances only to leave them there. An alternative would be to remove the front panels, apply a stainless steel stick-on covering and cut it to size!

Granite countertops are a huge hit

Adding granite countertops to your kitchen will hands down increase the value of your home. Sure, it’s a lot and quite a project but the money you spend will definitely be returned when you sell!

Make Your Living Room Cozy

Accentuate built-ins

Bookshelves and built-ins continue to grow in popularity. That being said, there’s a fine line between cluttering them and staging them. Let’s be real, they aren’t actually there for you to put every book and photograph you own on them, keep it simple and pretty. Arrange them so your personal belongings don’t necessarily stick out. Remember, it’s all about the shelves and not what’s on them.

I would say this is a bit overcrowded.

Keeping it Simple in the Bedroom

Remove any nonessential furniture

By overcrowding the bedroom or using it as storage, you could be indicating to buyers that there isn’t enough rooms in the house. You also don’t want your room to appear smaller than it actually is by junking it up.

Add a headboard

Headboards draw attention to the bed and make it appear cozier and fancier. In this case, the bigger the better. This is your master room, after all.

Very unique and eye-catching!

Staging your home is more important than you think and is a growing trend is the hot housing market. By dressing up your home, you may sell it faster and at a much better price. The main thing to remember is to get rid of clutter and keep it as clean and sharp as possible. When it doubt, throw it out!
